Meet the Brains Behind the Operation

casey zulandt headshotCasey Zulandt, Owner and CEO

Casey is not only the founder of Ten10 Design, she is also the driving force of creativity at our agency. Her expertise in design, branding, marketing, and management have helped our clients elevate their brand by developing strategic marketing and design solutions. She earned her BFA degree with a focus on Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University (BGSU) and MBA from Ursuline College where she focused on Marketing and Management. Prior to founding Ten10 Design, Casey spent time as a web designer for one of Cleveland’s Fortune 500 companies, developed and sourced product packaging for a local distributor, and held a position as Art Director for the Army Healthcare brand.

Outside of the office, Casey serves on the Board for the Entrepreneurs’ Organization Cleveland Chapter, she is also serves as a Board Member for Geauga Growth Partnership, and is active as a parent volunteer at St. Francis of Assisi School.

Fun Fact: Casey went to BGSU as a dance major before switching to Graphic Design. She still enjoys taking ballet classes at Fairmount Center for the Arts.

Joe is the Chief Operating Officer for Ten10. His analytical expertise in the promotional product, apparel, print, and design industry is evident in each and every solution Joe cultivates for our clients. With years of experience achieving results that align with your brand, meet specific deadlines, and land within budgetary goals, Joe will ensure that your project is completed and surpasses expectations. Joe earned his BFA degree in Graphic Design from Bowling Green State University.

Joe is an active member in the community serving on the Board of Directors for the Geauga County Maple Festival, Lake Communicators, and is an active Rotarian.

Fun Fact: Joe is a proud former Subway Sandwich Artist.

Jim McCarthy, Jr., Vice President of Sales

Jim has spent over eleven years working alongside clients to develop and enhance their marketing efforts in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, insurance, licensing, automotive, and professional sports. Jim’s aptitude for being a problem solver and his strong desire to build longstanding partnerships with clients continues to produce successful results for businesses—from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. Jim received his Bachelor’s Degree in promotional communication from Cleveland State University.

Jim is also an Honorary Board Member of The Healing Dawgs Foundation.

Fun Fact: Jim won two State Championships as a member of the Benedictine High School Football Team.


Myles Seidel

Myles Seidel, Director of Operations

Myles joined the team in 2019. He brings with him a strong background in client management, sales, and operations. Myles is passionate about building long-term relationships with his clients and business associates. He received his degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Franklin University and developed his diverse background working for both a Franchise 500 company at Quiznos and Fortune 500 company at Marsh & McLennan Companies.

Myles is a dedicated volunteer for the group Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing Cleveland.

Fun Fact: Myles has a deep love for the outdoors and traveling. He was a Colorado resident for ten years and is still an avid skier, fly fisherman, and golfer. The mountains are always calling!

Jim joined the team in 2014. He brings over 20 years of sales experience from a variety of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, food service equipment, and promotional goods. He brings a “Thinking Outside the Box” mentality. This approach provides value to each of our clients’ unique promotional, print, and apparel projects. Jim received his Business Administration degree from Marquette University.

Jim is an active member of the Geauga County community and is involved with the Geauga Growth Partnership and Chagrin Chamber of Commerce, serves on the Board of Directors for the Chagrin Valley Rotary, and is a proud alumnus of Leadership Geauga.

Fun Fact: Jim was the MC for his high school talent show.


kristen bruckman headshotKristen Bruckman, Office Manager

Kristen officially joined the team in 2021. With her background of navigating business and family law, she brings experience working with a diverse set of clientele along with her attention to detail and organizational and interpersonal skills to Ten10. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Bowling Green State University.

Fun Fact: If Kristen went to Hogwarts, the Sorting Hat would have definitely placed her in Gryffindor.


Hayley Chatal headshotHayley Chatal, Manager, Global Accounts

Hayley has been in the promotional product and custom apparel industry for over nine years, specializing in vendor communication, building and maintaining vendor relationships as well as order oversight, operations and logistics. Her favorite part about being in this industry is the overall experience provided to the client; starting from scratch on a client request to delivering quality products the client can’t wait to get their hands on. It’s not an exaggeration when she says she thrives on being there every step of the way. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication with a Minor in Business from Ohio University.

Fun Fact: Not only is The Parent Trap one of her favorite movies, but she was named after the lead actress, Hayley Mills.


Stephanie Scott Headshot

Stephanie Scott, Graphic Designer

Stephanie joins the team at Ten10 after working in the live events industry for seven years as a master of everything; from photography, video, audio, setting up booths, and scaring people on haunted hayrides. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from Cleveland Institute of Art with a BFA in Photography and Video. In addition to being a part of the team at Ten10, Stephanie is also a videographer and photographer for the City of Mentor events including their summer concert series: Mentor Rocks. You can also find her teaching ice skating at the Mentor Ice Arena.

Fun Fact: I enjoy roller skating outside on the rare, nice days we get in Northeast Ohio.


Tiffany Burger, Account Manager

Tiffany Burger

Tiffany has worked in promotional products and printing industry in Cleveland for over 5 years. As an Account Manager Tiffany brings with her a background in print, marketing, customer service, mailing and fulfillment. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati in 2016, go Bearcats!

Fun Fact: Tiffany has lived in all 3 major Ohio cities; Columbus, Cincinnati, and Cleveland. Cleveland is by far the best!


Hannah Finotti, Creative Lead

Hannah’s creative scope spans across multiple mediums, genres, and environments. She has been in the creative industry for over 6 years  collaborating with clients to understand their brand and tell their unique story. As a creative for Ten10 Design, she aims to showcase her client’s missions and visions in new, unforeseen lights. Hannah received her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from The Cleveland Institute of Art where she cultivated her creative skills in production, branding, web and graphic design. Diving into these innate and learned skills, she is able to hone in on and anticipate the differing perspectives, wants and needs of her clients. Hannah’s skill set allows her to offer advanced and distinctive workings that define her practice.

Fun Fact: Contradictory to the creative world, Hannah grew up playing sports and managed to pitch a perfect game for her team.
